5'8", 160 lbs. all conf & all county in high school in numerous sports. passed on college track to take up funneling. PR in 60yd (55m) was 6.7 sec. PR in funneling is 2.7 sec. obviously, i'm a bit older now but still have never been caught on the deep pass or a breakaway run in flag football, ever. however, i've been beat in funneling, should have stuck with track. played flag football for 5yrs in east coast, miss it a lot. will play for food and beer. looking to have some fun, but also very competitive. besides, who has fun losing? did i mention i was funny? trust me, i am.

I have played soccer since rec when I was 6, maybe seven so almost 20 years, played JV 1st 2 years of HS Varisty 2nd 2 years in HS, and then just pickup after that. I used to play QB on my old flag football team and we won the league a few years but I played because we didn't have anyone else who could play. I'm not a very good qb. I'm a better receiver.

I recently moved to the South Bay and am looking for a coed soccer and/or flag football team. Football--played competitively through high school, and recreationally through college. Have since played 2 "seasons" in 18 years. When I was lighter--and everyone else was shorter--I was QB & DB.
Soccer--all I know is you can't use your hands, only your head and feet. I'd love to learn more, but this season, I'm just doing it for the cardio.

I am an athletic female looking to join a co-ed team. I just moved to the south bay area, near Aviation Park and want to do something fun. In general, as an athlete, I am energetic, aggressive, and enthusiastic with natural athletic ability. I'm knowledgeable about the rules and procedures for most sports.
Skill levels:
Football: I can catch pretty well "for a girl" and can even throw a spiral!
Soccer: I'm strong on defense because I'm fast and aggressive; I'm more limited on offense since I am newer to this game.
Softball: good outfielder, can cover a lot of ground and pretty strong arm, not sure about hitting because my experience is in fast pitch so will need to work on adjusting to slow pitch technique

I Have played soccer since I was 5 (I'm now 23) I played competitive soccer from age 11 until I graduated high school, when I moved on to be on scholarship for a women's soccer team at a D2 school for 4 years. I'm 25 and I just moved to LA a few months ago and don't know too many people (that are my age or are that are athletes). I have played competitive sports my entire life (soccer for 7 yrs, basketball for 7 yrs, I raced in downhill skiing, I ran track for 9 years (I was a sprinter and thrower), I kick-boxed for four years played club tennis for several years, am a life guard and taught swimming). I will play just about any of these and as often as possible!
I have played soccer at a high level in the UK since I could kick a ball, represented my town and county through schooland college only pausing for a career as a profesisonal skater in the early 90's.
In fact I played 4 times a week until I moved out here 2 months ago and since I have not so much as rolled a ball over my toes.
If there is a team out there that has an oportunity for me to come and train with a view to signing up then please drop me a line, I am getting withdrawl syptoms loL!
Skill wise, I have played everywhere frmo Goal keeper in a 6 regional championship winning side to left wing back and center midfield in both Sunday and Saturday leagues in the UK. I know where to draw the line between fun and a serious game. I am known for my physical, fast pace game.

I played in Costa Rica on a traveling team my sophomore year in college -- we played against the Costa Rica National Team. Hi! This is mostly to join a soccer team but I also love flag football so if anyone needs extra females I can branch out. I've played soccer with SouthBaySports for the past year on a couple of teams, both of which decided not to continue playing in the league. So I'm on the hunt to find a new team. I love to play and have played competitively forever. I usually play midfield or forward but was switched to sweeper in college so am pretty versatile as far as positions and skills go. I would love to play on a team that's competitive and knows what they're doing but also has a good time. I am student from the University of Oregon doing an internship with Toyota. I will be in Torrance, CA all summer. I am an avid athlete, I ran cross country in high school and finished in the top 50 for the state of Oregon (16:23 5K) so I have the endurance. I played some baseball in high school but my forte is softball, I have played intramural softball at the university of Oregon.

From LA, currently live in Baltimore but driving back to the South Bay on June 14th which puts me in LA by Tuesday 6/19th. I've been playing in just about all of our leagues out here, football (med/high level), softball (low/med level), and volleyball (indoor & outdoor competitive leagues - AA division), oh and kickball (med league). Whadup South Bay! New to the area after living in various spots in Amsterdam, Tokyo, etc. Played college football (mostly on the bench) and a pretty competitive div 1 level in soccer. I am English/American as a call myself. 30 yrs young.
Grew up and played what would be called varsity soccer through middle and upper school in Northampton, England. I also was scouted and drafted to my home town under 18 league and 16 yrs old, just before i came out to live in the States in 1992. I played on a few leagues in San Antonio, Tx(Military Brat growing up). Would love to get back in the Game.
As far as my Football Skill go - I played Corner Back, Linebacker and ran a few plays as RB while attending A DOD school in the UK many years ago. I would say i'm pretty fast, side to side and up and down the field.
I just would love to play either sport or both if possible!!
